You Have To Love What You Do

Image via Wikipedia

This post is dedicated to those people that are confused about what they want to do and what job they want to do.

I have experienced it all, the highs of being on top and the lows of feeling what I offer a company is, well, worthless.  Through it all, I have survived and gained an appreciation for the people I have met, worked with, laughed with, and stayed up all night working with and felt a type of satisfaction that I can’t describe except by saying it made my bones itch.

I have come to the conclusion it is about the passion.  Regardless of what you are getting paid in stocks, cash, or if you are not getting paid, it starts with Passion and ends with Passion.  You have to love what you do and if you love what you do, it will be contagious and rub on people you are around.

Times are tough right now and we are all struggling, some more than others, but remember do what you are passionate about and love what you do because you have a chance to inspire, lead, make a difference, in every single situation you do.
